We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: We do not offer pre-paid return labels, currently.

Expo Purchases:

For items purchased at our Expo booth, our online return portal won't work. Instead, simply send an email to help@fittsafe.com with the subject line "Expo Return/Exchange Request - [Your Order Number]". Be sure to include your order number (if you have it) and details about your desired return or exchange.
